We prefer meeting our clients in person so we can show the color samples we have available, better understand your style, and understand your expectations. Once the desired color, quantity, size, and total price of desired rental linens have been established, a 50% damage deposit and signature on our rental agreement is required at the time of booking. When the rental agreement has been signed, no changes or cancellations are permitted. The total balance is due ten business days prior to the event date. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cheque, and money order.

Depending on your need, there may be times when we will need to manufacture more of our products (we can do custom orders too). For situations like this we typically require 5-7 weeks to complete production. We encourage customers to contact us as early as possible for their special event.

For those who choose the option to have chair affair deliver, set up, and take down rental items, we service all of Calgary and any surrounding areas. For events outside the limits of Calgary, Alberta, a mileage charge may be applicable for delivery and pickup

For those who choose the “Do It Yourself” (DIY) option and wish to set up and take down on their own, chair affair will deliver the rental items to the agreed location the night before the event date and pick up the morning after the event date. Once the event is over, we request you pack the rental items back in the labeled containers chair affair originally delivered them in prior to pickup. Should customers prefer shipping over having chair affair personally deliver the products, the client takes on the entire responsibility and cost of shipping and return.

Once rental items are returned successfully to chair affair the 50% damage deposit less any late or replacement fees will be returned to the rental client. For further details, please review the rental agreement form here.
